Plain language, because a privacy policy you cannot read protects nobody.
When you submit the automation audit form or contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your business and its operations. We use it to prepare your assessment, respond to your inquiry, and continue the conversation you started. Audit submissions are delivered to our business inbox at callimachusforge@gmail.com.
Messages you type to the on-site assistant are processed to generate a reply. When a live AI model is configured, your messages are sent to the model provider for that purpose. Your conversation is kept in your own browser for the duration of your session so it survives page changes; we do not store assistant conversations on our servers. Please do not share confidential information through the assistant; the audit form or email is the right channel for that.
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for. We do not run invasive tracking: this site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Basic technical logs (such as rate limiting by IP address) exist only to keep the site secure and are not used to profile you.
We keep correspondence as long as it is useful for the working relationship it belongs to. If you want your information corrected or deleted, email callimachusforge@gmail.com and we will handle it promptly. If any future version of this site adds analytics or other data practices, this page will be updated before that happens.
